ABSA BRANCH MONUMENT PARK FROM HELL!

Everytime I enter the Monument Park ABSA branch it is a NIGHTMARE. Super slow service. Consultants clearly hate their jobs due to the fact that they are rude, and sit behind their desks looking like hell has come down on them! I would never use a branch unless absolutely required, so when I do enter it should not be the worst experience ever. Also the branch manager clearly hides where no one can find her even though she can see the cue piling up. USELESS!!! I HATE THIS BRANCH AND IT GIVES ABSA BANK A TERRIBLE NAME!
