Absa branch Irene Village Mall

This is by far the worst absa branch . I came to the branch to withdraw from an investment account and as per usual I need to get the cash from the tellers because I don’t have a transactional account with Absa. What put me off is the fact that I must wait 30 minutes to see a consultant to do the transaction and another 1 hour in the tellers line to get cash even though I have already been in the branch for more than 30 minutes . There should be a way to assist those customers that have already been in line to see a consultant much quicker. Imagine being in a Bank for 1 hour 30 minutes just to withdraw a lazy R400 !!!!
