Absa Branch Hennopspark failure

Absa Branch Hennopspark at the Lifestyle center, this branch is a perfect example of how you get people to close thier ABSA accounts and go to another bank. It has a shocking rating for years now and they refuse to address the issues raised by everyone. I just left there now as there is 1 person assising everyone and they managed to assist 2 people in almost 30min. There are also multiple senior citizens in the queue and still no special queue for assiting them, just pathetic. The other queue for some other services had no one untill after 9:30am, multiple people left there before the person arrived. The manager was asked if there would be other people assisting and he just said he doesnt know... The MANAGER doesnt know what staff is working today!! Why do you keep this branch open? I just had to pickup a credit card and this is the 2nd attempt at this and each time the above is the same service we get. I will request my card to get delivered to another branch or my home, not going to that branch ever again.
