absa branch experience

Having written m y scathing review this morning I had to go into a branch regarding a separate matter. Once that was sorted I brought up the whole rewards email saga. Turns out it was a **** but nobody bothered to let me know. The branch staff member was excellent. Pity the rest of Absa are not on the ball
