Absa bond - Years added

I have a bond with Absa, had it for about 4 years. Initially the bond was a 30 year bond. All was fine until I went and checked the status of the bond and then I noticed that there was another 3 years added to the bond with almost 30 years remaining? This is after paying the bond for almost 4 years I checked the mortgage agreement and it says 30 years. So why has Absa decided to add years to my bond?

I called Absa Home Loans and they cannot explain why. I've been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks already.
