ABSA bond reflecting twice on ITC

ABSA registered a pre approved bond on ITC and then when my bond was approved and transfer of property concluded they then added the actual bond and repayment ton ITC blowing my affordability on all platforms out the water. Disputed with experian, escalated and 3 months plus later no feedback nor conclusion and when disputing with ABSA homeloans directly a very rude woman's response was dispute with Transunion no offer of advice or assistance by ABSA who's admin error is negatively affecting myself. Disgusted !!!
