<p>I would like to let all insured know that if you are 63years old and have a burst pipe in your roof before you put in a claim you must first climb into your ceiling and see if the pipe is unconceiled and corroded otherwise the above company will send a contractor who will tell not to claim and charge you much more than if you just used your own plumber.Misleading and expensive. They get a zip rating from me.</p>
