Absa Bond

Hi guys, just want to share my experience with Absa. I have a bond and I noticed the that my bond amount was not decreasing in the many years that I have been paying it. When I contacted Absa they advised me it was because of the insurance that is linked to the bond and they annualize it and then take it off monthly and that amount was also incurring interest. No one has informed or explained this to me on the renewal of my bond and when my husband and I went to the bank to find out what is going on all they say is that it is correct. There is no proper explanation given. I'm so disappointing in the service I'm receiving as it seems that no one is willing to help me with the bond amount.
