ABSA BOND COMPLICATIONS

I'm currently experiencing difficulty getting my Absa Bond registered. I'm writing here to get your attention because I've exhausted all internal avenues and been sent from pillar to post. My KYC is being rejected because I submitted a customized MOI used to register the company as its legally permitted and accepted by CIPC.

Now Absa Validations is trying to force me to submit a document I don't have just because they're used to seeing a CIPC format of the document. CIPC clearly states that a company may adopt their own MOI as long as all parties consent to it, signatures and personal details must be submitted, and the Companies Act is supreme to any company rules in the MOI.

The company was registered in 2018, its in good standing with SARS, its been KYC verified by FNB and Standard Bank before, as I held accounts with these Banks. Now I opened a Bank account with Absa for this Bond and I cant get it registered because someone doesn't like my document. I'm so frustrated and almost in tears, I've even asked CIPC for a stamped copy of MOI used to register. They said it takes 10days and I must travel to another province to collect the document just to make an Absa employee happy. Or should my company change our MOI to a standard one just to satisfy an Absa employee who's not knowledgeable that a customized MOI is legal.
