ABSA Bond Cancellation/ Deceased Estate

3(THREE) years to get consent to cancell a bond in an Estate (The Deceased died in 2004!!!!). The matter was supposedly finalised in Novembe *** and now again the same problem arises with seemingly no ABSA official in a position to assist or make a decision!
