Absa bond

For the last 7 years I have been making my bond payments into the absa vehicle and asset finance account on online banking.in April this year i saw on experian that my bond payments for February and March this year were not made.This is completely wrong.I then contacted absa bond department and then the trouble started. First they said ,I paid the money into the wrong account,then my account was not ficad and on and on and on.Numerous phonecalls and promise from absa and still nothing done.Email after email only saying we will get back to you.
