ABSA BOARDWALK STELLAR SERVICE

I had a pleasure of dealing with the two African ladies from Absa Boardwalk in Port Elizabeth, last interaction was on Thursday the 8th of this month. I am so ashamed that I did not asked their names. They both assisted me on different occasions but it was so uniform it felt like I was dealing with the same person. They are both compassionate, kind, always smiling without compromising their professional attributes. I was uncomfortable and awkward as I needed financial assistance. It's not easy when someone can see all your mess but still be eager to assist with such empathy and kindness. I did not get the financial assistance as I am over committed but the lady tried so much. I remember she was struggling with the system and she had to restart the computer twice while telling me all will be well t the end, the system will work eventual. All the while she was building rapport and made me feel at ease, She told me she will try later and she will call me. Even though I didn't get the financial assistance, I was still extremely happy with the service I received. Those two are gems!
