Absa blok business account without warning. And do not lift block despite complying

Absa placed a FICA Ban on my business account, not giving me any notice or warning. I gave them all the documents they required more than a week ago. The business account is still blocked. I have send an email to the business banker every day and went into the Woodlands branch several times. I am unable to make payments. This account has been with them for 25 years. I am a Private Bank client and has been their client since 1978 when I joined Volkskas.
