ABSA BLOCKED OUR SCHOOL ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE

We have a school account with absa. And it is Npc school. Suddenly we could not do any transaction on the account. We tried find our what is reason. So it is Fica. We have 60 staff waiting for their salaries to get paid. They need to look after their family. But Absa is blocked our account without giving any NOTICE.

THIS RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE.

You can not block our account without giving notice.

Other banks give you written notice with time period but Absa not. Because THEY DON'T CARE PEOPLE. We gave them all the documents. But still waiting. Today is the last day of the month. Salaries supposed be paid 5 days ago.

We just don't know what to do. I email and phone every 30 min with no response!! How is it possible to run a business like that?

We are really tired of you Absa.
