ABSA Blocked My Student Account Without Clear Explanation

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way ABSA has handled my account. My student account has been blocked after receiving multiple deposits, and I have not been given a clear or sufficient explanation for this action.

While I understand that banks have security and compliance procedures, it is unacceptable to completely restrict access to my funds without proper communication or transparency. I have financial responsibilities and urgently need access to my money, yet I am left waiting with no clear resolution timeframe.

I have already contacted ABSA and was informed that the matter is under review, which could take several days or even weeks. This delay is unreasonable, especially considering that this is not the first time my account has been flagged.

I am willing to provide any required supporting documents, but I expect prompt assistance, clear communication, and immediate resolution of this issue. Blocking a client’s account without timely feedback creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
