Absa blocked my savings account

For some reason Absa bank blocked my savings account cause I didn't Give it in time..so When going to Southgate mall branch to they didn't help me and was very impatient..So I cannot draw money from my own savings account...I have emailed the bank so many times and still no response... I really don't know what to do know cause it's my money.

Good morning
Please can I be today still..That money in my savings account is mine and right fully you guys are not supposed to block peoples account because of the Fica story no guys it's not on...That's law and regulations isn't in yet no I need my money..And Southgate mall branch staff wasn't helpful at all...
