Absa blocked my mail and cel nr after I paid? Was this a legit payment?

Absa group Customer care blocked all my emails from this afternoon after my review on hellopeter regarding their pathetic service. I received one email back from them confirming amounts I enquired to pay and after I made a payment of close to R10 000 this evening I can not get any proof of payment thought to them. The public needs to be warned against Absa. How do i know whether the payment I made was actually legit since they blocked me immediately after they sent me the confirmations? I need assistance now from top management at Absa since I don't know whether the money I paid was in fact the outstanding amount All my mails I send to the group Customer care now gets returned blocked. People please! Be wary! It just does not make sense that they blocked my personal email address? Something is not right.
