Absa blocked my business account

I wanted to pay an Eskom bill today, but was unable to do so - my business account has been FICA blocked.<br> I had to do the FICA ritual at ABSA in about 2008 for both my personal and my Business ABSA accounts, which I did.<br> I live on a farm, so I don't have any post delivered at my physical address, making FICA a tad more tricky - the bank agent is supposed to visit me on the farm to verify, or an Affidavit could be submitted.<br> A year ago ABSA started harrassing me again about the FICA stuff, claiming it it has to be done every few years.<br> The funny thing is: The bond on my farm is registered with ABSA, so they have in their possession the best documentary proof of my physical address, yet they refuse to use it - apparently it is against policy to use their own documents as proof. Funny thing is, the deed is NOT their document, rather that of the Deeds office, that they keep as security.<br> Earlier this year, I actually did go to the relevant ABSA branch in Brits to see the relevant responsible person, and he then offered to do a site visit. This never happened and now I cannot pay my Eskom irrigation bill. I am not sure yet what will happen to my automatic payments like insurance?
