ABSA blocked card for cheque account I never knew I had
Absa has issued me a cheque account without my knowledge and have been charging me bank charges for an account I never knew I had.
I called in inquiring about an overdraft. The customer service adviser said she would put my details through the system and let me know if I qualified,
My card has now been blocked for an account I have never used or known about.
