ABSA Block CC and don't want to unblock it.

ABSA block my account after i told them it's not *****. I'm phoning CCredit they say i need to phone ***** - i' phone ***** - no they can't help i need to go in the branch. Why must I go in the branch if I told them the transaction is not *****. Why are they making their system problems mine. Who is going to refund me for my time and petrol to go to the branch if they block my account. I didn't tell them to block my account. Now they can't unblock it I need to go with my ID to the branch. That is @#$@$#% - i'm not going to the branch i didn't block my account. This is the worst service i ever get from ABSA. Now i'm go stand in a que - I can't stand a long time i'm a diabetic and i have nerothapy in my legs and feet and now they want me to go stand in a que in ABSA. Now I can't use my card and they just put me on hold and came never back to me. I disgusting is that - you put a client on hold not to help him further.
