Absa blatantly stole my money and is with holding car papers

I have been struggling for 3 months to get a refund from Absa for the credit in my account. I am owed R1535 and my car papers. I have sent too many emails and made too many phone calls to mention with absolutely no response from Absa about when I will receive my car papers and my money. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am baffled that Absa would continue to ignore me and withhold my money and my car papers. I paid off my car diligently and now that my account is in credit Absa has disappeared with my money and my car papers. This is blatant theft!

So if it has been logged and "dealt with" why have I not received my refund or my car papers? It has been more than a week since Vanessa said she would get back to me!
