Absa - Big promises, no service

For starters I think the one star above is a very high ranking. I am a client of Absa Private Bank. I tried to email my Personal Banker and got a return message that she is on leave and gave me alternative contact person. She is also on leave. This is now going around in circles. I should think that if one is not at the office the alternative contact should be available for at least the period you are out of office. But then maybe I have it all wrong. Can someone from Absa please contact me to assist with unauthorised payments that went through on my credit card. Thank you.
