ABSA BETHLEHEM INCOMPETANT AND ********

I called ABSA Bethlehem end of November 2020 to speak to a sales consultant about my account. The reception said a sales person will call me. It NEVER happened. I called again on Thursday 8 April 2021 to speak to a very arrogant reception lady @ 11h35 who after trying to tell me what I should do and how I should conduct my business said she will get a sales person to call me back. NO ONE CALLED AGAIN !! I called AGAIN on 12 April 2021 @ 12h09 asking to speak to a branch or sales manager. They put me through - NO ANSWER and the reception never took the call back to even ask me to leave a message, which will in any case not be returned. This is the only branch in Bethlehem and the service is **** to say the least
