Absa being Unfair

I lodged a ********** case,and now I'm being told i was negligent when using my cards that's how ********** knew my pin, how is that possible ? Money gets withdrawn from my account and no notification sms, and I'm being told i was negligent?? I had my cards with me, but again I'm negligent, Absa is supposed to protect me as their customer but they failing to do so and put the blame on me because they do not wish to refund me
