Absa being selfish

Soo i'm in a financial Crisis at the moment so i tried contacted absa Because i could not pay my one loan in full last month and i can't afford it this month as well so i failed to get assistance, so eventually they contacted me to find out why i did not pay my loan i told them i tried and i do not have that kind of money at the moment because i'm struggling to Survive and to pay my bills so they said they will do a loan reconstruction and they declined me so i did try to make arrangements on what i can afford at the moment and they just put me off. So Even though they say go first and make arrangements before it gets out of of hand it is a lie because they just don't care i really tried asking for help at the moment but im on my own so if absa see i did not pay my loans again this month I TRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
