Absa before customer

So Absa feel that they can return my debit order to recover their bank charges Absa before customer. Two Debit orders need to go through my account I got the notice and quickly paid funds to ensure one of the two can go through to stop my insurance from lapsing so Absa rater decided to return both although sufficient funds were available for one to ensure they can then take their bank charges . I got screenshots to show that after I payed the money to my account no charges were taken and then a next screenshot showing that it was taken afterwards. If this is not rectify I will go to the ombudsman because this is unfair treatment to customer to think Absa is above their customers
