**** Absa

I wish I can enjoy the same excitement "andrew B" enjoyed. But unfortunately I am black and he is white. That is the difference banking with Absa. They only look after they white clients and will bend backwards for them. Where I have requested a lower rate for AVAF I was told that they will only be able to go down a with 0.whatever and after a long and tiring conversation with the white lady, who actually told me that it isn't personal and the system won't go lower then what I was offered, she will have to escalate the matter with her regional manager, which I feel didn't happened, because when she send me another quote it was exactly what she told me it will be. So I apply with another bank who actually gave me a lower interest rate than Absa whom I was banking with since I left school 25 years ago and all my products was with them, but I have to close all my account and go and bank with an institution who actually try and have a personal touch with they clients and not telling them about robots that was created by man. I am enjoying my new ride and I do not regret leaving Absa at all, because I will like to be treated like an human being and not being discriminated based on skin color. You can deny all this, but I have seen with my own two eyes how black people are being treated even in your branches as well, i was just waiting for my turn and boy oh boy.....here I am.
