ABSA

I am currently travelling to the Cayman Islands and my Absa card suddenly stopped working. I notified the bank ahead of time that I will be travelling, so this should not be a problem. Currently I am stuck without any means of drawing money or paying anyone, as I only have 1 card from Absa. I have not been notified why my card was stopped, but in the mean time, it has completely disappeared off my banking app as well.

Unfortunately I cannot contact the bank telephonically, as I do not have roaming and I can't pay anyone to use their phone, because my card does not work, so the only option is email, but they do not answer.

I honestly do not know why I am paying banking fees, because the 1 time I need help, no one is there to assist me
