Absa Bank/Telkom prepaid- POOR SERVICE
I bought Telkom mobile airtime at ATM- transaction went through, received SMS, but airtime NOT received. I called ABSA Kollonade, was given toll free nr- I spoke to 3 people, was put through to another department, was holding on for 8 minutes, then I dropped the phone.
