Absa banking(PAYSHAP)
Absa as a whole has disappointed me many times, it was 1st the vehicle finance, now it’s Absa banking.
So I was sending money to my Capitec acc from my absa account via PAYSHAP and it said there is an error but the money is gone from my absa account and also it’s not reflecting on my Capitec account. The most annoying thing is I have been calling absa and was told to hold for the agent to assist me but no one is there to assist and I have made countless calls holding for more than 30minutes. ABSA please bring back my money.
