Good Evening

The reason for my posting this is to hopefully get the assistance I've been requesting.

I keep getting ABSA notifications with my old initials as my reference and this bothers me. Since I've had gender reassignment surgery it's a constant reminder of my past. I've asked if ABSA can assist in changing my profile name on their system and I basically get told they can't without closing my account and profile and creating a new one. I don't want my banking details to change. I just want the initials on my profile to change while keeping my existing banking details. Please ABSA, can you assist with just changing my profile name?

Good Afternoon Nthabiseng Sibande My account number is *** and my ID Number is ***. My Profile Name is currently WOODSPA010. My initials are no longer PA, they are ZJ. Please can this be rectified. The notifications with the PA is a constant reminder of my past and legally I am Zoë Jade Woods. I want to keep my existing Bank Account Number I just want the profile name to be changed.
