ABSA banking offline again

ABSA has been terrible with regards to their mobile app and online banking system. I have had serious issues with their servers not responding, and being offline. Today I did an update of my mobile app, and all my profiles disappeared. I had to go in to a branch to have everything set up again!!!!!

Utterly useless!!! And then we pay for all these services..... I wonder what would happen if I charge clients for services which I did not deliver....

Time to change my bank!
