Absa Banking EPIC communications breakdown.

I am a client with Absa private banking.

I have sent numerous emails about this now. To my private banker and to several different email addresses.

I need some help with a transaction from my company but nobody is responding to my emails. I sent an email to my private banker on Thursday and she cannot be bothered to respond to me or is probably on leave AGAIN. Today I sent two email to ********** and then another one to **********

I cannot phone since I am not in the country at the moment I work overseas. Do you guys knock off early on Fridays or what is going on?

I only get reference numbers but no reply from actual human beings. At least your computers are on point.

Please note the last reference number I got was C- ********** 7 if anybody from Absa cares....

My private banker is Nancy Singh from the Richards Bay branch if any of you care....

I'm going to be taking my business to another bank as soon as I reach South Africa again.... if any of you care.
