ABSA Banking

I am supposed to have a personal banker, However I'm not sure if Bongiwe Madlingozi works for ABSa or even if she works at all. I have over the past 6 months been trying to sort my Flexi Reserve out on my bond. I have emailed her if not 16 times and still yet to have this sorted.
