ABSA banking app - Prepaid electricity

I bought prepaid electricity from my ABSA banking app and then the app took money twice from my bank account and never send me my prepaid electricity... It's been 4 days and i can't get my money back and i still don't have electricity... PLEASE HELP IT'S URGENT.
