ABSA Banking app = no winnings paid since new Lotto operator

I regularly play the Lotto and Powerball on the ABSA Banking app and previously my winnings were paid promptly into my bank account by Ithuba. Since the new Lotto operator has taken over on 1 June 2026, none of my winnings have been paid out... This is unacceptable as they are quick to take your money, but refuse to honour their commitment to pay out any winnings... ABSA as my platform where I play the Lotto and Powerball, should take responsibility for this problem, as they are obviously making money in this process.
