ABSA banking app does not pay out winning numbers on Powerball
On the 30th April I played power ball on the Absa banking app. for the 2nd May draw. I had 3 numbers and the power ball. The winnings do not reflect on my account. I contacted them but they expect me to sort it out with the lotto company. They informed me that they would send me a ref number but no ref number and no help after that, I suspect that they have a problem (bug) in the application and they should warn the public that if you win an amount you may not get it.
