Absa banking app and internet banking inconvenience

Absa is so inconvenient when it comes to cell phone banking, and internet banking I don't know why would they even mention those banking service features when they're not even working, ever since I started banking with Absa I don't remember ever using a banking app without technical issues it's the same when you try to do internet banking, I can't even access the USSD banking option... They have banking apps and internet banking but still with Absa you'd have to go the nearest branch you can't do anything at all via the app or internet banking, it's completely useless I don't want to lie...Absa should just stop promoting cellphone banking and internet banking totally because those services are a complete disaster, completely useless
