ABSA Banking APP

Endless frustration in using banking app and finalising online purchases, without having to re-try payment and transactions numerous times... have lost out on time limited offers because of ABSA servers not connecting. Started to experience these interruptions in service about 10 months ago and have reported via app reviews as well as telephonic queries....have had no assistance and by no means an attempt to assist in loss and damages. I would prefer to score their service a zero.
