Absa Banking App

The Absa Banking app is no longer working on my apple devices!

It just stopped working. Apparently there is a fix - I heard a Managing Executive on radio 702 say so and there is a video explaining the fix. I received an sms from Absa also saying there is a step by step video explaining the fix, but the genius that sent the sms did not provide a link to the video -so I cant find it! I am an Absa Private Banking customer, so I phoned the Private Assist Line (***) - call fail due to high volumes. I phoned my Private Banker - the assistant tried to help me, but got stuck at the same problem as I did. Now I am to wait for someone to hopefully they will call me. I give them 2 hours to call me and sort his out, if not then I am switching my private bank account, x4 homeloans, x1 credit card, x1 vehicle finance, x1stockbroking account, x1 big investment account and various insurance products to lets see...there are so many to choose from now!
