Absa banking app

I ‘ve been trying to reset my password for the past 3 weeks with no luck. I get stuck on send receive verification. A pop up message appear on my app i click view, i try to enter pin and get password revoked until the 59 minutes is over. End-up getting a message saying failure to send verification. I am so frustrated right now i am abroad can’t do anything. Tried calling the line was very bad an the consultant wanted me to work on my phone while speaking to her, which I couldn’t since i dont have a laptop. Really dont know what to do now.
