Absa banking

Good evening, Am a new client at absa from the 27th of May and on their system it says it takes 5-7days for card to be delivered si ce from that date my card is being on the printing phase when I call them they send me from pillar to post I regret opening that account and anyone whose looking to open a new account please don't bother with Absa their Staff is always on Holiday that's issue number one.

Second issue:there's an option where you can save money in your App under 'Goal save since I started with the account I can't access that option only thing I get is error messages and I forwarded my consern to the Loyalty reward department till today I have not received any feed back Absa's service I such a joke I would recommend that bank to anyone.
