Absa / Bankfin Unfair

My husband had a vehicle account for 72 months. He paid all premiums with credit insurance when the account went over to the ballon payment Bankfin/Absa cancelled the life/credit cover without informing him. He passed away 2 July 2021 due to covid, i was forced to pay the baloon payment of R35 000 or they take the vehicle.
