Absa bankfin terrible service

My husband bought a bakkie from absa bankfin. He didn't register it onto his name so absa is still the title holder now the bakkie was ****** and our municipality said that absa must sort it out for us and when we phone them they keep on telling us that we need to register the vehicle onto our name but we can't because it's been ****** and that it's already been S marked so we can't do nothing about it and they don't have a person there that will help us or understand what we are trying to do and the call center guy and lady that tried to help us told my husband that he must go and register the car and that they will not and can't help us
