Absa bank your lack of empathy is appauling!!

In 2020 during the covid 19 level 5 and 4 lockdown, government announced the provision of payment relief to businesses affected by restrictions and the pandemic. Absa bank extended an invitation to my business to apply for the relief fund in order to keep my creditors at bay for a period of 3months (March 2020 - May 2020). To date, Absa did not communicate with me on repayment terms relating to the relief fund. I was shocked when I got a call from a rude and arrogant Juan Lochner of RJM financial services demanding a full payment 60% payment of the 3 months or else the car will be repossessed. My relationship with Absa seems to be one sided because when they debit my account on the 1st of each month they never call to arrange repayment terms, now I must be bombarded by Juan that "covid is long gone so there's no excuse of none payments.!!!" It's either the absa doesn't realise how the economy has been struggling and impacting on small businesses it's plainly ******** that we all want to reach a point of normalcy. Absa you could've called to discuss this matter not hand me over like a naughty child!
