ABSA BANK WORST SERVICE

Received the worst service, cant actually say received as i haven't gotten a response from day 1 such a reputable bank you guys are bring the name of the bank down, i will never use this bank again

i did an online purchase on Monday the 27/01/2025 when purchasing it said time out when i check the app the money was out put my account but the transaction did not go through, so i called the same time and they advised me that they cannot do anything and i need to log an email with *** and they will return my funds into my account up till to day no one has contacted me i even escalated the email to the complaint department but no response. when i called through yesterday they tell me that they cannot do anything as the pending payment has gone off this is now 72 hours later.

so if this was initially delt with i would have received a response the funds would have been reserved now the company is telling me that they didn't receive the money and the bank is saying the money went off after i said please reserve it. and still no feed back.
