Absa bank - worst service

ABSA, worst service, plus u stole my money... well done

This morning at 8:01 I got a call from a collection company for a cheque account that was closed 3 months ago, as painful and dangerous as it was, I had to go to a branch to request for my personal cheque account to be closed, this morning I spoke to an agent, .... who advised me her manager will call me at 10, and still hasn't happened, and she **** to me, she first said she's working from home and then stated all the managers were in a meeting... that must be a very long meeting 4 hours later, I want this account closed, today, I will not go back to the branch, unless ABSA is willing to pay all my doctors bills if I get covid.. I spoke to Dimakatso, her manager Mokateko Mgobeni awaiting a response, abs Renisha who has the account apparently... I know I will get a standard response apologies, but can I have this matter escalate... the is not TCF... which means you not treating me fairly
