ABSA Bank Witholding Clients Money

I sold my property and registration was done 10 May 2019. There is a credit of over R15000 due to me. Up until today ABSA still has not paid those funds over to me yet. However another property i sold where the bond holder was Standard Bank was registered on 14 May 2019 and that credit was paid over 4 days later. With ABSA its impossible and two visits to the bank already and consulting with bond attorney yet no closer to retrieving my money.
