ABSA Bank with poor customer service

Hi Team

I have been a ABSA customer for well over 20 years, and I have been loyal to the brand,

Its concerning to me that a bank I have been with for soo long would not even attempt to retain customers, when I tell them I want to close my account, I was just told to make sure I have a positive balance, this made me feel like ;leaving the bank is the best decision I have took, I am writing this complaint after calling into the Vehicle finance department for the past two days trying to get my banking details updated, consultants don't own cases and they simply tell you to call back and one of them cut the phone on me.

ABSA has poor customer service and I will be moving all my business including insurance away from you guys
