Absa Bank - What an aweful experience

try to phone absa on a Saturday to get them to take a block off of your internet banking because you got a new cellphone. what a **** experience. I have spent R75 on airtime, got adds for africa but was unable to get to speak to an operator. I was told how to reverse debit orders, how to change my password, how to enhance my banking experience plus a hundred more bull****t adds. This is the most **** service I have ever experienced from any institution. I ca not think of what Absa can do to make my experience worse. I will not recommend anybody to open an account with Absa
